The first opportunity is through the passive newsletter, where members can provide a brief advertorial (no charge) on a specific job, product, solution, service, etc of 150 words. The Association for Special Fire Protection (ASFP) in the UK do this with their regular E-bulletin - have attached a copy to explain what I mean.
